AG Lubricants LMS

This course introduces learners to the AG Lubricants Preventive & Routine Maintenance Procedure. It explains how maintenance activities are planned, executed, completed and recorded to ensure equipment reliability, workplace safety and operational continuity. Learners will understand the roles of the Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Artisans / team, the required HSE considerations, the use of the CMMS / Fiix system, and the importance of logging defects for follow-up action.

• Explain the purpose of the Preventive & Routine Maintenance Procedure.
• Identify where the procedure applies within African Group Lubricants.
• Describe the responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Describe the responsibilities of Maintenance Artisans and maintenance team members.
• Explain the HSE requirements that must be considered before maintenance activities begin.
• Differentiate between preventive maintenance activities and routine maintenance inspections.
• Identify examples of maintenance activities and their required frequencies.
• Explain how scheduled maintenance work orders are logged on the CMMS / Fiix system.
• Describe how maintenance activity reports and outcomes must be saved on work orders.
• Explain what must be done when defects are identified during maintenance activities.
