This course introduces learners to the AG Lubricants Receiving of Packaged Products, Raw Materials and Packaging Components Procedure. It explains how finished products, packaged additives, raw materials and packaging components must be received, inspected and processed into the warehouse using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Learners will understand the responsibilities of the Cera Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Co-Ordinators, Warehouse Operators, Receiving Controllers and Logistics Admin. The course also covers PPE requirements, spill preparedness, quality and quantity checks, sampling requirements, Z-configuration pallet sampling, drum and keg acceptance criteria, quarantine of rejected stock, supplier non-conformance and documentation handover.
Key message: Stock must only be received into the warehouse when it is correct, undamaged, uncontaminated, not expired, properly inspected, and processed according to WMS and quality requirements.

Receiving of Bulk Products
Short Description: Bulk Receiving • HSE Controls • Quality Verification • WMS Processing • Safe Offloading
This course introduces learners to the AG Lubricants Receiving of Bulk Products Procedure. It explains the safe and controlled process for receiving bulk products such as additives, base oils and finished products into storage tanks and Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs) at the Cera Plant.
Learners will understand the responsibilities of the Bulk Team Lead, Bulk Receiving Operator, Laboratory Technician and Security Guard. The course also covers document verification, tanker weighing, tank ullage checks, sampling, laboratory approval, WMS / Translution scanning, spill management, PPE requirements, safe offloading and abnormal situation response.
Key message: Bulk receiving must only proceed when the product, documents, tank availability, quality status and safety controls have been verified. The operation must be monitored at all times to prevent spills, contamination, overfilling and unsafe conditions.
