Welcome to the Company Induction Programme. This programme is designed to ensure that all employees, contractors, and visitors clearly understand the rules, standards, and expectations that apply within the organisation from the moment they enter the workplace.
The induction programme is structured into four key sections: Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), Quality Management, Information Security, and Human Resources (HR) policies and procedures. Together, these sections provide the foundation for safe operations, consistent quality, protection of information, and fair, professional workplace conduct.
By completing this induction, you will gain an understanding of your legal and organisational responsibilities, how to identify and report risks or concerns, and how your actions contribute to a safe, secure, compliant, and productive working environment. Compliance with the requirements outlined in this programme is mandatory and forms part of your conditions of access and employment.
